What inspired Supplies Direct?
Our founder, Mohamed Furkan Malida, drew inspiration from his experience managing his father’s company, Malida Enterprises, which was originally founded by his grandfather in 1977. After studying the market and gaining years of experience managing three branches while overseeing imports and sales, Mohamed learned the traditional methods of conducting business. The key lessons he took away were the importance of credibility and the value of building trust with clients.
